Patrons have praised the pizzas and homemade lemonade, though some dishes, like the bruschetta and spaghetti aglio olio, have been critiqued for lacking flavor and seasoning. About
Welcome to Bella Napoli, a charming eatery nestled in the heart of Warsaw, at Francuska 18/1, 03-906 Warszawa. This Italian restaurant is quickly becoming a noted spot for pizza lovers and pasta enthusiasts alike. With its inviting ambiance and dog-friendly policy, Bella Napoli seeks to cater to both families and individuals on the lookout for a delightful meal.
Despite garnering mixed feedback from patrons, this establishment does offer some highlights worth noting. Many diners rave about the pizzas, which are reportedly cooked to perfection, making them a standout choice on the menu. The seasonal menus, which often feature unique dishes such as pasta with asparagus, add an exciting twist for the adventurous eater seeking something beyond the typical fare.
However, not all reviews have been glowing. While the restaurant’s location is notably beautiful, some visitors have expressed disappointment with certain dishes. The spaghetti aglio olio and bruschetta have been criticized for lacking flavor, leaving a desire for more seasoned options. The consensus suggests that while the pizza is commendable, the pasta could use a little more love in the preparation. Additionally, the restaurant has been noted for its limited atmosphere, lacking music which could enhance the dining experience.
Service appears to be another mixed bag. Some guests have praised the staff for their commitment and friendliness, while others noted a lack of attentiveness or warmth from the waitstaff. It’s clear that while the aim is to provide a pleasant dining experience, there may still be room for improvement in customer service standards.
In conclusion, Bella Napoli presents a promising destination in Warsaw for those wanting to indulge in classic Italian favorites such as calzones and pizzas, yet it may require a little more consistency and flair in its offerings and ambience. If you’re in the vicinity and seeking a laid-back spot to satisfy your Italian cravings, Bella Napoli is worth a visit—but perhaps keep your expectations in check and explore other options in the area as well.

“ nice place but the food isn't exceptional, the waiter wasn't the nicest person ever but overall it was okay. the aperol spritz was unproportional, too much prosecco ”
“ Food good for kids but not for adults. They don’t take bookings on Saturdays, there’s no air conditioning inside and not much atmosphere (no music etc). Bruschetta was served on a mini pizza base with sad chopped tomatoes. No flavour. Spaghetti aglio olio was dry and very little parsley and flavourings - only realised towards the end that the pasta was sitting in a pool of olive oil instead of being mixed through. Plenty of other good pizza and pasta places to go to in the area instead Update with response to owner: We did ask the waiter that it was hot and he said he turn turn on a small stationary fan?? Also - the guest shouldn’t be asking for a venue to create ambience, this is the responsibility of the venue staff. Maybe this should be a standard operating procedure for staff, not instructions for your guests? ”
“ It was a good meal, not a great meal, just ok. We ordered the calzone, one was flat and cooked nicely and the other was nice and plump but over cooked. The filling in the calzone was under seasoned. My daughter ordered the ravioli and said it was tasty but I didn’t try them. With so many pizza places in town I will most likely try some place else before returning to Bella Napoli. Like I said, it was a good meal but not as tasty as I was hoping for. ”
“ Beautiful restaurant, located in a very nice area. Very good pizza. Pasta is very good too but the portion is not big. Reservations ahead may be good. ”
“ Fantastic place with great food, good wine, comfortable seating, dog friendly, and great location at walking distance from the national stadium. Despite being full the staff managed us a table, and as the place was full and getting hot, was no issue to open a window. Their homemade lemonade is great, our mistake was to start with a small one, we then ordered a large carafe. Pizzas are amazing and perfect to share, everything done to perfection. Seasonal menu offered great options such as pasta with asparagus with was a pure pleasure. ”
“ I and friends had lunches here and we tried different menu on each visit. My favorite are calamari and anything with seafood in it. ”
“ Amazing value. Had the truffle ravioli and seafood pasta which was very tasty. Would recommend if you want to try an Italian restaurant around Praga. ”
“ The restaurant is hidden away behind a lovely hedge, creating an illusion of a secluded, quiet place. The waitress that took us to our table and took the order was absolutely lovely and polite. The interior was very pleasant and the seats were comfortable, it wasn't loud so there was no problem with enjoying the conversation. The food (Ravioli con Faraona) was delicious - I throughoutly enjoyed it. I really recommend this place. ”
